Shane O’Neill serves as Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Foundation Company, Inc., bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the geotechnical construction industry.
Since beginning his career in 1994 as a laborer with Local 88 Tunnel Workers in Boston, Shane has built a distinguished career through hands-on experience, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Specializing in geotechnical construction and deep foundation systems, Shane’s expertise includes project management, safety oversight, union coordination, and equipment fleet operations. His technical knowledge spans micropiles, drilled shafts, soil nailing, underpinning, and jet grouting, making him a trusted leader in complex foundation and earth support work.
Over the course of his career, Shane has successfully led major infrastructure and commercial projects across New England, the Mid-Atlantic, the Southeast, and Puerto Rico. He is recognized for his leadership on high-profile projects, including the Terminal E Modernization at Logan International Airport and the Riverwalk Condominiums in Philadelphia.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shane is a proud member of The Moles, a respected organization dedicated to advancing the heavy construction industry through leadership, education, and professional fellowship.
