Site Requirements & Coordination
To maintain safe and efficient operations, Phoenix requires:

Clear, level, and stable working platforms

Adequate access and laydown areas for materials and drilling equipment

Potable water supply (minimum 2″ connection at 60 GPM, 60 psi)

110V or 480V electrical service for equipment as applicable

Continuous spoils management and disposal by others (unless otherwise included)
